Hey, we are looking for a flatmate to our spacious house. Prime location in calm and beautiful Hataitai: • bus stop a few seconds by walk (15min to CBD, bus operates every 20min in work days) • 7min walk to Hataitai Beach for a swim • heaps of free on-street parking

The room with big window is all furnished, involved: • queen size bed (beddings available too) • desk and chair • dresser • clothing rack Can be all sold for reasonable price.

Kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges/freezers, cooker with oven and microwave oven. There is also possibility to wash your clothes in washing machine.

The best and unique part of the building is massive living area ideal for hanging out or some events. We use it mostly for drying our clothes and some occasional events. Out back of the house you can find concrete courtyard and a big shed for even more storage.
