Peaches's room

My house is in a great central location. Fully furnished house including bedding, towels etc so perfect for a student or traveler. 10minute walk to North and South train lines and a bus stop 2 minutes away. Mt Wellington is on my back door step and Lunn Ave shopping center is 5 minutes walk away. Warm and dry home with a back yard and well kept garden.

Two of us live here already. We both are Gardeners and plenty of room in the garden for you to put your own veggies 🙂 Tidy, clean and not into house parties. I race yachts in my spare time and Linda lives in the garden. We have 2 cats, Frank and Edward who are very friendly and 2 little silly poodles who will love another person to give them scratches. Unfortunately Frank is rather precious and he will be upset about any other furry competition so no extra pets.
