Currently looking for someone to take over my lease in Brooklyn Wellington. 15 minutes walk from Wellington CBD and space for 1 car parking.

This very spacious room with incredible views of the city is going for $260pw. Expenses are paid monthly on top of this.

You’ll be living with three others who are all working in their mid to late twenties.

The lease ends on the 9th of February with a the ability to renew the lease

Living with 3 others who are all working full time. The flat is relatively quiet during the week days. This is not a party flat but welcome for social drinking on the weekends. There is a mixture of people from all around the world and people from all working experiences. The current flatmates are men in their mid to late 20s
