I’m a male just over 50, worked for 35 years touring as a concert sound engineer internationally. During covid it stopped my industry dead in its tracks and I decided to start up a chilli growing and hot sauce company from which I do at the premises here. So a liking of spice would be good for the potential flatmate. I’m easy going, very tidy as the kitchen is a registered kitchen producing hot sauces. I like to have an occasional drink in the evenings and smoke outside occasionally. Needing a quiet and clean flatmate that isn’t adverse to doing housework once a week and pays rent and bills on time.
