Looking for a single to fill a large room with a built-in wardrobe, access to a shared deck, and a greenery view on one of the nicest streets.

Our large house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large shared areas, so it won’t be too busy; you will have your own bathroom for now, but if we happen to have an extra person to live in the spare single room, you will have to share the bathroom with that person. There is no off-road parking, but heaps of it on the street. The in date is after 7 October. Move-in costs- Weekly rent $320 Expenses $30 pp ( during June, July and August $45) 4 weeks bond

Looking for a minimum of 3 months.

Please be informed that we are moving on 7 October; the viewing won’t be possible before our move, but we are happy to share some photos we have and can meet and chat! :)

The rest of the house will have full furniture, including a washing machine, dryer, and fancy side-by-side refrigerator. No pets or smokers.
