Hey Lovely people,

I am on the hunt for an amazing flatmate to move into my adorable house in Blockhouse Bay/ Avondale area.

The room is a good sized double room, it will comfortably fit a queen size with either a chest of drawers or desk. It has a large built-in wardrobe with space for storage. The room is not furnished.

The house is fully furnished with pretty much all the mods. The kitchen is a decent size with all working gizmos and a lot of space to add more. The lounge is comfy size with a pretty sweet media set up as well as an adorable dining room for sophisticated dinner parties.

The house has an HRV system as well as a heat pump to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

There is one off street parking available as well as a garage with plenty of storage (the house has plenty of storage).

It has a cute private front yard including a BBQ for the summer. It gets the afternoon sun to laze on the porch to get your vitamin D.

It is close to most amenities with delicious food spots near by, around a 2 min drive to the closest supermarket, around a 5 min drive to Lynnmall, a couple min drive to Blockhouse Bay and Avondale townships, around a 5-10 min drive to motorway on-ramp, 10 min walk to Avondale Train station, and lucky enough to have a bus stop right outside the house.

A bit about myself, I work full time and studying part time. After work I enjoy a good binge watch of TV or crafting. I am looking for someone who is employed or a responsible student that is reliable, tidy, respectful and friendly.

The rent is: For a single person it is $250 plus expenses which includes fibre, power and water which usually comes to $35 per week. For a couple it $325 plus expenses. The expenses will be divided equally between the flatmates. The move in cost is $500 bond and one week rent in advance, so $750 total for a single person or $825 for a couple.
