Very close to the bus top and amenities. There is ample room to also park on the property which is fenced in for security.
Open plan kitchen-dining & fully insulated - Three furnished double bedrooms with sharing one bathroom and a separate toilet. 2 Deck spaces for entertainment & Spa onsite as well to relax on your days off.
Available Rent $300 per week per room (couple or single) Expenses will be split on a monthly bases between all occupants. Grounds and garden will be maintained by the landlord.
The property will be renovated and vacant from the 24th of September so viewing on appointment prior or from the 28th of September.
Plenty on-street parking in front of the house. Available from the 1st of October Move In Cost: Bond = 3 Weeks Rent + 1 week upfront
