Nice house, Very handy within walking distance form local Polytech, Botanic Gardens, Hospital, Town Centre and Supermarket. Unfortunately room is slightly too small for queen sized bed or bigger. does include large wardrobe tho. not furnished at moment but could be arranged for right person.

I am 35 and work full time, Other flatmate is in his early 30s and not currently working and has 3 cats. We both are easy to get on with. I try to keep a tidy house. I no longer smoke but no objections to any smokers just not inside. Evening meal arrangement at the moment is I buy the food and flatmate cooks most evenings and may be able to include you in that for a little bit $ extra a week if that suits you
