Aorangi Road

The room is small,hence cheap rent but it is private and quiet,the house is older,a bit quirky,but cheaper rent to 150 considered if you like lawn mowing,wifi included,will have to pay power though,10 minutes walk to to town,near bus stop,living with mother daughter combo

I am a 54 year old mum and my daughter is 22,we are joint landlords,we are pretty relaxed,easygoing and friendly,it’s a small house so would need to get on,we have a cat too ,we like animals.We would need to meet to see how it would work, 🙂
