Kara's room

Room is in Flatbush. About a 5 minute drive away from the Ormiston and Manukau town centre. There is shared driveway parking and lots of on-road parking available. Three bus stops a two minute walk away. Current flatmates are three guys who are clean and respectful and looking for a similar flatmate. Shared main bathroom between three but there us a downstairs toilet that mainly only you will use. Room is medium size and can fit a single/double bed with room for a desk or draws. Room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe and get lots of sunlight.

Current flatmates are all male and are aged between 20-30. They are all tidy and respectful. This isn’t a party flat and we like to keep to ourselves and often socialise around dinner time or watch some TV.
