The flat is fully contained, and you will reside below the owner, who lives in the upstairs flat. It comes fully furnished with a bed, 2 seater couch, kitchen dresser, whiteware, microwave etc. Linen and kitchen items can also be provided.

Shared established gardens, can negotiate vegetable patch if you’re keen.

Power and internet bills shared with upstairs flat. Night-store heater keeps the place dry and warm in winter.

5-10 mins walk to bus routes. Free parking on street.

Upstairs neighbour is a full time, work from home artist. Friendly next door neighbours in shared driveway.
