About the room
Fully furnished room available which has it’s own entrance and private garden. Available from the 12th of January 2026. Ideal for a working professional or student aged late 20s or older. The house is large with 3 bathrooms (you’ll only share a bathroom with one other), a seperate office/study and multiple areas to relax in. The house is close to Uni/Polytech (a 25-minute walk through the Botanic Gardens), close to shops with a New World supermarket and other stores close by and close to Dunedin Hospital (3km).
$215 per week includes fast WIFI and power is shared. Feel free to message me for more info. :)
About the roomies
A mix of older students and working professionals. It’s a peaceful and quiet living environment but we are still social and keen on some shared meals and the odd games or movie night! If you’re chilled, tidy and considerate, you’ll fit right in. :)
