The house is large with 3 bathrooms (you’ll only share a bathroom with one other), a seperate office/study and multiple areas to relax in. The house is close to Uni/Polytech (a 25-minute walk through the Botanic Gardens), close to shops with a New World supermarket and other stores close by and close to Dunedin Hospital (3km).
