I’m looking for a flatmate to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 3 bedroom place. The 3rd bedroom is a guest room/home office space.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living room to share which leads out to a lovely back garden. Outside is a veggie patch, bbq, washing line and lavender hedge. Lovely sun in all areas of the house, especially the living room which gets sun drenched in the afternoon! The heat pump is in the living area as well making it cozy in the winter. The shared bathroom (with separate toilet) has a bath along with a shower. Washing machine and dryer are in the garage accessed via the house.

The room available for rent fits a Queen size bed and has a single wardrobe along with a hall cupboard for extra storage. A Queen size bed can be made available in the room.

I’ve got 2 super cute, friendly cats so pets are negotiable :)

Five minute drive to Carterton and 25 minutes to Masterton.
