The other shared areas are also refurbished inside throughout with modern kitchen (gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), double glazing, shower over bath and separate entranceway. There is a heat pump in the kitchen/dining/living area and a DVS system throughout keeping the place warm and dry in the winter months. Out the back of the property is a small outdoor yard area with a washing line.

Expenses include electricity, high-speed fibre internet, gas, and flat supplies (basic kitchen and cleaning supplies), and are divided up equally at the end of each month ~$60-80.

It has FREE on-street parking, is a 3 min walk to Brooklyn shops, and a bus stop close by with a quick ride to the CBD!

There’s no fixed-term contract for the lease, it’s essentially just a rolling/ongoing agreement. The only stipulation is once you’re added to the agreement, if you need to leave, you’ll have to do the same as I’m doing and find someone to replace you and continue to pay rent until you have, and pay $200 for the name change documentation on the lease agreement, but other than that, that’s it!
