Beautiful large home full of character with hardwood floors. It’s a stand-alone property (no-one above or below us), on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Lovely fully furnished living and dining spaces. There’s a patio area at the back and a sunny garden out front. Fully furnished spacious kitchen with gas stove/oven. Two bathrooms (one with bath/shower). The house has a heat pump with air conditioning and built-in gas heaters. We also have a small spare room for storage.

We have a medium room available which can fit a queen size bed and dressers etc. It is unfurnished but we can supply a single bed for the room if needed.

It’s generally a pretty chill and quiet space, not a party flat. We’re tidy and considerate. Both delightful introverts, who tend to spend a lot of time in our rooms but we’re really friendly and easy to get on with.

We live with a sweet wee fluffy white puss named Pan. He’s super friendly and loves cuddles.

Our lease only allows three people in the house maximum so no couples sorry.

The house is central and convenient for public transport. Very short walk down to the city centre. Mt Victoria is on our doorstep, lovely for strolling, running, or lying in the sun amongst the trees. 10 min walk to Oriental Bay beaches. We can fit another car in the driveway (but it’s pretty tight!).

We each pay $60 per week for expenses which covers unlimited ultrafast fibre broadband, power, gas, flat necessities (eg cleaning supplies & shared condiments), and a fortnightly cleaning service.

Furnishings & whiteware provided: Heat pump. Wifi. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, gas heating & cooking.
