Cute garden studio in Central Devonport. Suit quiet, tidy student

Available only until the end of October, that’s less than 3 weeks.

The ferry is only 10 minutes walk from the house! The studio has a single bed, desk and chair, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and single hob, toilet, hand basin, shower and a wardrobe. Also, nice outdoor living for the summer (but garden maintenance is not included). It’s compact, but reasonably-priced for self-contained.

Reasonable use of electricity and water are included. Bills to pay: gas for hot water. No broadband or washing machine available.

Devonport is an historic seaside suburb on the North Shore, 15 minute ferry ride from the CBD, known for its cafes and boutique shops. The studio is also only a 5 minute walk from the Devonport supermarket.

The studio is next to a house divided into two flats. All tenants are quiet and responsible professionals.
