Your own house at the price of a room, that’s right!!



Located at Ponsonby, close to Ponsonby central and bus station just couple of minutes away from the house.

$350 p.w. + $50 utilities (includes all power, unlimited internet, water, lawns and garden maintenance) — utilities go on a separate account and, if not used up, the balance will be returned at the end of the tenancy.

Queen sized bed and study table can be provided upon request.

Ideal flatmate:
- Student or professional in their late 20 or early 30

• Proof of ability to pay rent necessary or rent paid 3 months in advance
- Ideally someone who doesn’t use the kitchen too much because we cook every day, but it won’t be an issue. You’re welcome to join us for dinner occasionally too :)
• Very tidy in the common areas. 
 You will have a whole separate dwelling for yourself, with private entrance and private bathroom, but the kitchen in the main house needs to be left immaculate.

The landlord does inspections every 2-3 months and we will do a check before inspection to make sure everything is alright. Other than that, live and let live, you’re welcome to have friends over at your place every so often if you would like. The only rule is no smoking or drugs on the property.

Please note all furniture in the room (except the bed) are just for reference. We can put the same furniture in upon request.

Me and my partner are both professional workers. No kids, no pets. We are living in the main building and we have high standards of cleanliness.
