Hello! We’re looking for an additional tenant to move into a large bedroom in our flat 🙂. Short-term or long-term lease available: perfect for those who need flexibility.
The unfurnished bedroom has double glazed doors that open up to the back vegetable garden, and the room has copious amounts of morning sun! It also has ample storage with a luxurious wardrobe. The house itself is wonderfully warm and dry. There’s enough space for a queen bed and furniture in the bedroom. This space is perfect for those who WFH, work at the airport, or who want a little nature nearby.
Power/gas/fibre internet is bundled together at around $20-25 pw. Flat amenities can be shared, and amount to $5 a week if that’s something you’d prefer.
The house is very quirky, vibrant and nurturing of art and music. You’ll be sharing the house with a cute elderly cat and another friendly kitty who lives downstairs. An additional cat is negotiable, but no dogs sorry. We love weekend movie nights and general flat hang-outs in front of the projector screen, as well as the occasional shared vegetarian feasts!
There’s space in the lounge for additional furniture if you need to bring extra items with you :)
