This medium-large sized room is unfurnished. The carpet will be shampooed before you move in. Bond is only two weeks rent!

Price per week: SINGLES $280 COUPLES $380 OR take BOTH rooms I have available for $480 PW (great for couples!)

You’ll be sharing the house with 1 alternative arty person, and a cute elderly cat. There is an option to have your own cat in the future. (Sorry, I must stipulate strictly no dogs are allowed.) Our landlord is very lovely and helpful.

The room fits a queen bed easily, and is large enough for couples with minimal furniture. I’m happy to measure the room for your information. It features a modern built-in wardrobe with railing and drawers, and the sliding doors open to the private back garden. This backyard features the perfect space for drying washing and summer hang-outs.

We have ample garden space to set up plantings, a big lounge with a projector screen (movie nights are common!), and a sunny kitchen area with extensive cupboard space. The kitchen has gas stove elements and oven.
