Hello 🙂 The bedroom available opens up via double glazed doors to the back vege garden, and has copious amounts of morning sun. It also has ample storage with a luxurious wardrobe. The house itself is wonderfully warm and dry. There’s a second empty room that can double as an office! Great if you like to WFH. I am flexible with how this space is used :)

Rent for the bedroom + access to the office/study room would be $300 pw, with utilities/fibre internet bundled together at around $20-25 pw. This is a long-term arrangement with a fantastic private landlord.

You’ll be sharing a beautiful retro house that’s near fully furnished (apart from the bedroom in question) with myself and a chonky cat named Pudge. This living space is perfect for someone who works at Weta or the airport.

Happy to share vege or vegan dinners at a reasonable frequency, and quiet weekend drinks and movie nights! I’m a 40 y/o musician & artist, so would prefer an alternative-type flatmate 😎
