lived here 10 years, situated on cameron road, near the hospital. close to supermarkets, public transport right outside. very chill place, smokers ok, i also have a kennel license, currently 3 dogs here one is aging, all very friendly to people. the room has a bed couch and drawers which can be taken out if you have your own furnishings, can fit a large bed tv drawers etc in there with some room to stretch, also has an in built wardrobe as well. $250 per week for a single person or $350 per week for a couple, which includes the room, power, water and internet. a security of $1000+first week board ($250) (4 weeks advance, single) or $1400+ first week board ($350) (4 weeks advance, couple) applies. (This can be paid off in two parts before move in) which will give you your last 4 weeks free once notice has been given or received, so long as no damage is done, no theft, no unpaid board etc. :)

im 33, male, gay, live by myself with 3 dogs, one deaf dog (skye) who is 12 years old and her son (conan), i also have a 1 year old puppy i am training to replace the old girl. I dont work as i have a degenerative spinal disease, which causes nerve damage, so i am home pretty much all the time. i also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to clean the house, this will not include your room (unless at your own cost). feel free to send me a message or if you have any questions feel free to ask.
