Looking for a couple or single to replace us in our lovely big room in Aro Valley. The house includes a massive kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, a fireplace, heat pump, a courtyard and underfloor heating. The house is about a 5 minute walk to Cuba street and Aro Street shops and cafes and a 15 minute walk to Lampton Quay with a bus top also just around the corner. There is a driveway with enough parks for 3-4 cars and also residential street parking. The house is on a dead end street as well so is relatively quiet for a house so close to the city 🏙️ Lease finishes up in February with the option to renew.

You will be living with 8 professionals all in their 20s which sounds like alot but the house is large enough that everyone has plenty of space. Everyone is super chill, keeps the house clean and are always down for a chat or to hangout.
