Single cosy room available in Soho apartments! (Taranaki St, CBD)

Room is unfurnished (no bed- negotionable tho), we have a few spare box storage things youre free to use though. Theres also a closet with a built in hanger rack and a shelf above. Can fit a double bed, pictured below is the room with a single.

Bathroom will be shared between 2 people. The whole flat is furnished and had whiteware like washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher, and a space heater in the lounge.

Central as hecc, with a laundromat downstairs- super handy for washing that neglected fuzzy blanket. Surrounded by takeaway from all directions, but never fear, there is a gym, pool and sauna for FREE.99 in the building (ITS FREE). Bus stops 5 mins away (if you walk slow like me), and getting home from a night out in town is also very EZ-PZ

Bond is 525 and rent is 240 a week. Rent is paid a week in advance. There is also a background check fee of 115. Average expenses is around 20-25 a week paid into a flat account monthly.

You’ll be moving in with 2 lovely people in their early to mid 20s. We do our own food and not a party flat but enjoy the occasional drinks :)
