Warm, clean, comfortable private house with double bedroom available. Shared bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished and yes the freezer will be removed before you move in.

All amenities included, phone, gas and hyperfibre internet
Meals available for an extra $50 per week (negotiable).

No cleaning, no chores for you as I like to keep things clean and tidy!

Located in Roslyn with shopping centre and bus service at back door. Easy 15 minute walk into city centre and busses available every 20 minutes with bus stop at the end of the block Parking available nearby if required. I have a pool table in the dining room for entertainment.

Sharing with 1 single older female who works full time. I love to cook and willing to cook meals for you for an extra charge per week. I enjoy a social drink and don’t smoke. My teenage son visits every other weekend and school holidays.

You must be a clean, tidy and hygienic person who cleans up after themselves. Also must be working and/or studying full time.
