About the room

I have a room that will be available for a single boarder. It has a double bed, and a set of drawers, as well as a wardrobe, entertainment unit and smart tv. I am looking for someone that is quiet, tidy and well mannered, reliable and trustworthy. Must be working or studying but if you are on the benefit, don’t be shy to ask. Compromise is always an option for the right person. Rent is $250 per week, which includes power, unlimited wifi and water, buy your own food. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat which you would be sharing with myself, it has off street parking and is very close to supermarkets, town and to bus stops. I am quiet and mostly keep to myself but I am also easy to get along with and friendly. I’m also an avid gamer as well, if anyone is interested in that kinda thing. I’m a very family orientated person as well, and occasionally have family stop in but they are friendly and respectful towards flatmates and their space.
