A tidy and clean room. It has a study table and chair, a single-sized bed with pillows and a duvet, a book shelf, two full-size wardrobes, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Please note there are no cooking facilities available. You will have a separate entrance, a toilet, and a bathtub with shower. The washing machine will be shared. You must be dog-friendly. The rent includes electricity, water, and internet access.

The house is occupied by myself, my spouse, and our dog. My spouse and I work for the public sector. It is a tidy and well-kept property with a large gated backyard. The residence is on a peaceful street. It is near three bus stops and has easy access to the city. You can stroll to the supermarket, library, pharmacy, and doctors’ offices. There are also a few cafes, restaurants and parks at walking distance.
