A 1940s, 3 bedroom brick home, that has been renovated and double glazed, making for a quiet and cosy place.

There is a large partially furnished room available. Couples will be $320 p/w. Room comes with a Queen Bed and cupboard.

The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.

There is a large partially furnished deck with views of Saddle Hill, and is a perfect place to chill with a book, a cup of coffee or a drink in the sunshine.

There is a large storage area under the house, if you need anything stored.

I’ve put the move in date as of the mid April, however this is flexible.

As I am moving out, current and new housemates will need to organise power and internet.

Pets are negotiable - there is a microchip cat door.
