A 1940s, 3 bedroom brick home, that has been renovated and double glazed, making for a quiet and cosy place.

There is a large fully furnished room available, with a large wardrobe. Couples will be $320 p/w.

The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.

There is a large furnished deck with views of Saddle Hill, and is a perfect place to chill with a book, a cup of coffee or a drink in the sunshine.

There is a large storage area under the house, if you need anything stored.

I’ve put the move in date as of the mid April, however this is flexible.

Internet is included, but power will be split.

Me - homeowner, female in her mid 30s, working full time as a high school teacher. I am equal parts social, and a homebody. And love good adventure - I hope there is some decent snow this winter. I also have a fluffy black cat that likes snuggles.
