I am staying in the basement room and currently, we have a 55+-year-old Kiwi male driver, a gentleman staying in the room next to you. he wakes up early 5-530 a.m. for work. We have another larger double room ensuite bar sink and bathroom/toilet in the basement, for flatmates too.
