Hi, I am looking for a flatmate/boarder to help with my rent. It’s a 4ish bedroomed older house set in a stunning location up in the hills of Otaki. Very pretty from most room’s outlook. The room is optional, in that I can get rid of furnishings or not. The landlord is working on the curtains & I think I can work on them to for room updatements too for improvements. It is an old house with some funky decorations, but charming at the same time!

Ask out loud: I can get a new washing machine for a new person, but if you so happen to have one…that would be great. I would probably have extra storage space here, if you needed that. I have lived overseas, I have an inherited cat now. I am looking for someone who is happy in whatever job they do. I work most days. Have late afternoons and evenings off. I visit friends/family when I can, so there is definitely some individual space there, but I suspect you will love it here. I enjoy much programming from Pirate Bay/streaming channels. SKY is here.
