New flat - looking for flatmates to fill three rooms.

Upstairs room with nice afternoon sun. It has a decent sized wardrobe and additional storage space. The upstairs bathroom is shared with one other room.

Sunny two-storey house down the end of Pt Chev peninsula, less than five minutes walk from the beach. About ten minutes drive to Mt Albert train station, or plenty of buses along Pt Chev road. On street parking only. About 15 minutes to Ponsonby or St Lukes shopping centre.

North facing living area and kitchen - the kitchen has a fridge, oven/stove, and most basic kitchenware. The floor in the shared downstairs area has recently been updated, as well as a refresh of the bathrooms and paint - I will update the photos as building supplies are moved! :) Lounge/living has basic furniture but no TV at this stage, and has a large heat pump. Also a front yard and small garden. Small office space that can be used if you WFH. I have a cat, also.

Inclusive of electricity, gas, water, fibre, and some household products.

Washing machine and dryer available. No pets or smokers.
