About the room
We are only 7 mins from the beautiful Browns Bay beach and community. We are on one of the safest neighborhoods in NZ. We have Fiber Internet and a heat pump in the living room. The house is well insulated and maintained with lots of storage. Nice and fully setup kitchen, garden and on street parking.
The room: Queen Size with large wardrobe Shared bathroom and kitchen/lounge/fridge Parking on the street

Terms: 1 weeks rent in advance and 3 weeks bond
About the roomies
Kiwis 30 to 40+, 3 Males and 1 Female, Board games and community cooking sometimes. We are quite, respectful and independent. No Dramas, hard working and easy going.
Occasionally we have friends over for shared meals and board games, you are welcome to join in.
