About the room
Hey all! I am looking for someone to take over my lease around the beginning of November. Rent is $250 a week with around $10-20 in expenses. Bond is $750 and I will request it if we have confirmed your move in!
The apartment is on Dixon street so it’s literally as central as you can get. Less than a two minute walk to Cuba street and less than 20 minutes away from all major Uni campuses.
There’s plenty of room for just my single bed so could discuss a couple if needed.
Gets plenty of sun and landlords are quick to respond. There is a communal laundry but otherwise is fully furnished (except for the bedroom). The original lease will renew in February of 2023.
About the roomies
You would be moving in with two 20 year old guys who work in construction and are super respectful. They like to go out on weekends but won’t interrupt you if you’re studying or have people over so it’s the best if both worlds!
