I have a room to rent in my lovely house for a set period of time until mid February, this is negotiable. Am looking for a female flatmate.
There is a nice garden out the back and a deck in the front. The house is down a quiet cul desac, and is surrounded by great neighbours.
The room is a double, a good size, has a wardrobe, there is a double futon bed in there at present and a desk. Rent is $185 plus $20 a week for bills (internet and power).
It’s not a party house, it’s a nice, peaceful place. Prefer a female. Email me with a bit of information about yourself.
Couples are fine, but the room rent would be $210.
You’ll be living with me, the homeowner and my two cats. I’m in my 40s, female and work in education.
