✨About the house/room✨ This beautiful new built townhouse is situated in Mount Wellington - close to public transport, supermarkets and Sylvia park. 3 mins from the motorway off ramp but far enough that you won’t be able to hear the traffic.

You’ll be living with just me!

The room comes unfurnished, with space for a double bed (and two side-draws if you swing that way). This room has a large window which gives it beautiful light during the day and also has a small, double-door wardrobe/storage space as well.  Private, shared parking space included (that’s shared amongst the other town houses in our block). The house comes fully furnished - plants and all. It has 2 toilets + 1 bathroom & this will only be shared with one other person.

Unfortunately the house is not pet-friendly. However as a consolation prize, occasionally the neighbours’ cats pay me a visit - which is better than nothing.

✨ A bit about you ✨ Looking for a quiet(ish) working professional. Ideally someone who’s respectful of our home and keeps it clean and tidy. Someone who has similar vibes & loves a good chat at the end of the day but keeps to themselves and has their own thing going on. No couples sorry.

✨ A bit about me ✨ I’m an easy going plant mama who works from home as a Lash Tech. I do use one of the bedrooms as a studio and have clients coming and going through normal working hours.  On days that I’m not lashing baddies, my superhero alter ego is a part-time Dental assistant in the CBD.  Don’t let the homebody persona fool you - I’m down for dinners/ drinks and shot of tequila on the odd occasion.
