Located on a quiet street in Point Chevalier, it is an easy walk to Pt Chevalier’s beach, Walker Park, and nearby cafes, along with great public transport links to the city.

The room has a single bed, drawers and a wardrobe. I can help you furnish the room. The room has its own bathroom.

Location is everything. Cafes down the road, 5 minutes to the shops and 15 minutes to the city. Bus stops 5 and 10 mins walk from the home. Car park available on the street in front of the home.

As the room is part of my home, this is a flatmate agreement.

Professional male in early 40’s are looking for a similar age professional between 30s and 40s as a flatmate. I have a fixed work schedule in the day and respect other people’s space.

Love the weekends for social things, cooking, baking, gardening, watching TV and unwinding etc. Still furnishing some parts of the house so that’s a weekend project too. I am pretty chill so open to a fair bit of ideas.

Ideally I’d like someone who is tidy.
