One room available for rent in a three-bedroom and two bathroom house in Hamilton East . A very short distance from the Waikato University. The room comes furnished and the rest of the flat has essential furnishing and kitchen utensils. The weekly rent is $200(not including electricity). Bond will be $400.

I am a single mother and we belong to a Hindu family of 5. There would be two teenage kids and two dogs and me.

Ideally looking for a tenant who is vegetarian/ vegan due to religious reasons.
