Looking to fill 2 rooms in a 5 bed/2 bath flat located a few minutes walk to campus. Rent is $235 per week, not including utilities. Flat is warm and modern (2016 build) with good insulation and sun.

We wouldn’t consider this a party flat, but we do enjoy socialising and doing things together - think going for drinks or having wine at home, karaoke, nails, watching movies, friends over, etc. :) No pressure to join in- just know you’d be welcomed to! <3

Our ideal flatmates are fun but chill, respectful and mature gals in their mid-late 20s, who keep to themselves but also enjoys socialising, and maintaining a safe, cozy, and clean (!) space where us girlies can retreat to after busy days. No couples, sorry. If this sounds like your kind of vibe, would love to connect. :)

Three postgrads (24, 26, and 28) studying/researching in Philosophy, Cancer Genetics, and Public Health. We would describe ourselves as chill, fun and goofy but studious and respectful. We value our space and each other, and want flatties who do the same. :)
