Lovely small outside area and washing line that is shared with downstairs flat. On street parking available, both residents and coupon parking. 2 min walk from Countdown Newtown, 10 min walk to Cuba St and 5 min walk to Massey University. Several bus stops very close by, no. 3 to Wellington Station and no. 18 to Kelburn/Vic Uni Great location, it is a quiet street but still very central. House gets all day sun and has lovely neighbours.
