The living/dining/kitchen areas are fully furnished, and there is a 2 car garage, large verandas, plenty of off-street parking & a spacious garden. The available bedroom is unfurnished. This house offers beautiful views of the Kaimais & the Mount, with bus stops and access to Johnson Reserve at the bottom of the driveway. Close to Welcome Bay Shops, Petrol Station, Johnson Reserve / Waipuna Park, Vets, and Tye Park.
Ideal Housemates: Single working professional, Preferably mid 20s to early 30s, Clean & tidy.
Flat expenses: 1/3 of the total running costs - approx. $55 per person per week, e.g Power, internet, water, gas, gardening, etc.
