We have a fully furnished double bedroom available for long-term stay in our house!!!

We are looking for a single (preferably) or couple who are professional workers or students, clean and tidy and who can pay rent on time.

Fully renovated room with private balcony overlooking the skytower, best view of the city! The room has being repainted and carpets changed. The house has shared kitchen, dining room and a lovely living room with an amazing view of the city. The price includes parking inside the place, bills, building manager and general maintenance of the building.

All the shops are nearby, including supermarkets, gym, gas stations, cafes-restaurants and bud stops.
