Andi's room

Short term available for 2-7 weeks pre-Christmas initially, may be able to continue next year after New Year holiday. House is located on edge of St Heliers, close to beaches and cafes. Bus stop into city right outside, and parking available on driveway. The room is the only downstairs bedroom in a two storey house and fits a queen bed, clothing unit, (optional) desk and wall heater. There is a bathroom next to bedroom, which is occasionally shared although would be mostly your own. Downstairs is also the kitchen, living room and shared patio area out the back. Prefer someone who may only need between Mon-Fri as son in room above can sometimes be heard on weekends on computer games and noise may travel.

55 year old mum with youngest (15 year old teenage son) at home. I work part time 3 days a week, and active other times of the week. Enjoy pottery, photography, cycling, having friends over sometimes. Separate Airbnb studio currently being run at back of house as well with approx 1 guest/week.
