Ajax's room

Just purchased this property and looking to rent out two of the rooms, they will be unfurnished and the house will still be coming together while i furnish it in the coming months. It is a private property down a shared drive, away from the main road, has a fenced yard and has parking available on the drive and roadside.

I am a 27 year old male, I work in the public sector, enjoy physical activities and come with my dog, a golden retriever poodle (does not shed hair). I am a very tidy person with communal spaces and am looking for people that are like minded.
