Noah's room

Kia ora everyone,

I have a room available in Titahi bay, its less than 5 minutes drive from the city centre, 30 minutes walk from Whitireia (Te Pūkenga), and near bus stops and multiple dairys.

The flat has a downstairs laundry, a large backyard and deck, a garage with heaps of storage, gas heating, and is clean, dry, and mold free. the neighbours are lovely and there’s plenty of on street parking.

The room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe and dresser drawers. Its reasonably spacious and has a gorgeous ocean view.

Rent is $200 + expenses (expenses are $30, which is for gas, power, internet, and some communal items ie: cleaning products) Rent is paid a week in advance and the bond is $700.

No cigarette smokers, no couples, and no dogs (cats, and other pets, can be discussed).

There are two current flatmates. We (21M and 20F) are both student paramedics in our second year of study. I (21M) work part time as a healthcare assistant and enjoy painting and sewing in my spare time. I also own a blue tongue lizard named Bean :P The other flatmate (20F) is a volunteer firefighter and also works part time as an emergency call-taker. In her spare time she enjoys surfing and surf lifesaving.
