I am looking for 1 flatmate to fill a room in my 2 bedroom home in Taupo. The house is located across the road from the Taupo bungy up a shared drive with 2 other houses. The house is in a very safe area with lovely neighbours and is very quiet being off the road and away from the street. It is very warm with big windows and there is a fireplace to heat the house during winter. The shops are nice and close and the supermarket only a 5 minute drive. There is 4 parking spaces available and you will have both parking places located on the other side of the house to yourself. As you will be living in my home, I am looking for someone who is a working professional and is clean and tidy and respectful of my home who pays rent on time and helps with weekly cleaning when required. Ideally I am looking for a female around the same age as me 20-27 years old. I have a foxy so unfortunately there is no other pets allowed and it is a non smoking home. The $250 a week includes power and wifi however extra costs such as shared utilities and rubbish will incur a small extra cost each month.
