George Street

We have two rooms available on George Street from the 23rd of October - January with the option of extending the lease over to the rest of next year. Both rooms receive plenty of afternoon sun and are very spacious. Rent per room: $150 per week excluding expenses

Room 1 has two built in wardrobes and a built in shelf so storage definitely won’t be a problem!

Room 2 is slightly bigger but doesn’t come with storage, it has a Big Bay window and catches a lot of sun throughout the day as well as plenty of space for a cupboard and drawers to be added.

The flat is about a 5 min walk from the supermarket and around a 15 min walk to uni, town etc so a great location if you’re a student or a working individual. It’s also opposite Woodhaugh Gardens so definitely ideal if you enjoy a stroll in nature. You’ll be moving in with two existing flatmates who are easy to get along with and generally live their own lives but up for socialising if you’re into that!
