have a person boarding and run a airbnb called “tucked away homes “( you can read the reviews if you login to airbnb - select waikanae )seperate from the main house and have a tenant renting self contained unit there are 5 bedrooms in the main house and a large kitchen which I am doing up plus medium size lounge and two bathrooms inside the main house

Will take couple for 500.00 weekly Large double room in nice quiet location the room also has a large tv, set of draws and queen size bed 2min walk to the bus stop Great view of back property from the bed room window About Seven min walk to beach Will need to provide your own food and toiletries . Power and internet included in board I am looking for some who is tidy ,clean and friendly
