There is a double bedroom (morning sun) and a single (afternoon & evening sun), both freshly painted, with built in double wardrobes, new curtains & door locks. Use of all communal areas including car port, raised vege bed, deck and paved area plus large sunny lounge with TV and a separate kitchen/diner. Shared wet room bathroom, separate shared toilet & laundry. Internet is included in the rent, share power bill. Heat pumps in the lounge and the hallway. Non smoking house.
