Comes with a double bed, side table, desk, chair, wardrobe(even bedding if needed!). Pretty much ready to be occupied! +1 carpark available. $230/week + $30 bills (+2weeks deposit)
House is fully furnished. Location: Dominion Road, Mt eden. 10min walk to countdown, 5mins walk to balmoral restaurants, 15mins by bus to the cbd. Driveway infront of a bus stop.
