About the room
Private room in a brand new two bedroom apartment. Located just 2 minutes away from a supermarket and 15 minute walk into Central Queenstown. Bus stops right outside.
Room is available from April 13th 2024 (possibly flexible).
The room comes with a queen sized bed, side table, closet, and your own bathroom down the hallway (shower and toilet). Double glazed windows and afternoon sun. Shared kitchen and laundry with new appliances. Well insulated and a heat pump for the colder months.
Bike storage and ski storage available for free. Car park available for an extra $50 a week. Excludes electricity and gigabit internet.
Ideally looking for a single tenant.
We also have a sofabed available for the occassional friend/family visit.
No smoking or vaping. Happy to arrange a viewing if interested.
About the roomies
The other bedroom is occupied by a Kiwi couple: a 25 year old retail gal into crotchet, plants and art and a 31 year old IT guy into games, films and music. Flexible with being social or leaving you to your own devices.
Unfortunately no pets but we do have a very affectionate five month old kitten!
