Looking for short-term flatmate. This is a huge bedroom at downstairs with door to the private sunny backyard. It is fully furnitured but you also can choose without furniture.

here only a few minutes to highway. easy to CBD. and North Shore. 5mins walk to bus stop. A very short drive (10minutes) to malls in Henderson, Westgate and Northwest .

15 mins walking distance to the local supermarket and township.

P.S: You can only do cooking with a rice cooker, an airfryer, a microwave, a toaster, a minifridge, and a kettle. For safety reason, the kichennette in the garage that I set up for flatmate is not allowed to do cooking with electric pan or a stove.

About the roomies

We are a very small family of two (Mum and son) who live upstairs. We are quiet and friendly.
