Housemate wanted to share with one other. Queen sized bedroom in spacious Island Bay villa. Fully furnished house with all the amenities you’d expect. There’s also a private sunny garden for those long summer days ahead and only one street away from beach. There’s even a glimpse of Cook Strait from the bedroom window. Island Bay is a great suburb with the South Coast on the doorstep, a good bus route, the Empire Cinema, shops and walking and cycling tracks all nearby. Looking for someone friendly, independent and mature.

I enjoy pottering about in the garden, going for walks and enjoy the company of friends and family.
