Double room available in a central mount cook flat with a massive built in wardrobe.

The flat is located across the road from Massey university, its a 5 minute walk to the top of Cuba street and a bus stop about two minutes from the front door.

The house is a large freestanding 1990’s flat with two living areas, outdoor patio area/washing line and decent sized kitchen and bathroom.

There is a off street park available in the garage, would be suitable for a smaller vehicle.

Move in would ideally be from 27/28th of October with the opportunity to renew the lease in February 2024

Rent is 243 + expenses ($27) pw rent is $270 per week

The two flatties are in their mid twenties, (one female, one non binary) they both work full time and are respectful, tidy and kind.

There is also a flat cat (mama kitty) who enjoys a good cuddle (once she warms up to you)
